Since the start of the New Year, the Village has created
monthly reports detailing the operations the various Village departments which
is submitted to the Village Board of Trustees and the residents of Little Chute.
The information with in the reports are intended to keep the Board and public informed
about their government at work. Monthly reports contain the following sections:
accomplishments for the month prior, priorities for the current month and
metrics on various service or resident related items.
The goal is to provide statistics and measures that can
be analyzed and viewed over time. These reports will be reported to the Board
on a monthly basis. Ultimately, this information can be sued to assist in
policy and fiscal decisions on the future of Village operations. The reports
will be added to the official file of the Village of Little Chute and will be
published on the Village’s website.
